Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive experience
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Prepare and submit reports, including sales reports and inventory reports
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that we have sufficient stock
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
