About the Role

Catholic Social Services is seeking a dedicated Family Enrichment Worker to join our Collaborative Service Delivery team in Edmonton. This full-time position involves providing high-quality client-centered care, supporting families through early intervention and family-driven practice.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and youth experiencing mental health issues and/or addictions. They will be confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in their community.

This role requires flexibility, including daytime, evening, and weekend work. The successful candidate will need to possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and necessary insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with regional staff to meet needs under the casework practice model
  • Complete ongoing case planning, review, and evaluation of service appropriateness and level
  • Organize service delivery with families, stakeholders, and internal ministries
  • Support parents/caregivers to overcome barriers to achieving identified goals
  • Maintain current awareness of applicable community resources to meet clients' specific needs
