Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Precision Inc. This role involves setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, maintaining and repairing precision measuring instruments, and ensuring the production of high-quality machine parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision machine parts.
  • Maintain and repair precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Repair machine tools and parts to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to meet specifications.
  • Lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly to ensure efficient production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a machine shop or related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
