Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team at the CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As a key member of our post-acute care unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition and dietetics services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor students and new staff members to promote professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition.
  • Membership in good standing with the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
