Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage communications professionals to deliver strategic communications counsel and execute on plans and recommendations.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage employee performance to foster a culture of learning, growth, and creativity.
  • Manage key account relationships as the primary point of contact for clients, achieving exceptional outcomes and ensuring consistency of service.
  • Manage account budgets and contribute to profitability, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support agency growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of building and executing effective communications strategies.
  • Proven project management capabilities within a complex or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to work independently, driving projects forward.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, developing star performers, and overseeing performance.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of how to grow accounts and secure new business.
