Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a world-renowned luxury hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join our team at our Toronto location.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest accommodations and public areas. This will involve establishing and controlling planned cleaning schedules, working closely with the Front Office to ensure timely guest room readiness, and supervising a team of Housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Establish and control planned cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Work closely with the Front Office to ensure timely guest room readiness
  • Supervise and train Housekeeping staff to ensure they meet Four Seasons' standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel
  • Experience managing within a unionized work environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
