About the Role:

The Housekeeping Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas. This involves managing a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and working closely with the front office to ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality standards
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work closely with the front office to resolve guest issues and ensure seamless experiences
  • Assist with training and development of housekeeping staff
  • Contribute to the development of housekeeping policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel housekeeping management role
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
