Captain Pizza is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our restaurant
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Standing for extended periods
