We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Paradise Inn & Suites / The Boss Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. You will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, as well as inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
