Role Overview

The Branch Manager plays a key role in establishing and achieving an exceptional member experience by overseeing the branch operation and promoting service excellence. This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and achieves business objectives through effective leadership and team management.
  • Develops and implements strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaises with departmental teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Ensures adherence to credit policies and risk management procedures.
  • Cultivates relationships with referral sources and promotes Beem Credit Union's brand and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • years' related experience, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • A post-secondary business degree or diploma.
  • Successful completion of Financial Planning I and CUIC courses.
  • Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
