Job Summary

The Senior Operational Risk and Resilience Manager will lead the development and implementation of operational risk and resilience strategies to ensure the continuity of critical business processes and minimize the impact of disruptions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and assess operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement controls to ensure the resilience of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational risk and resilience strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement controls
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure the resilience of our operations
  • Develop and maintain operational risk and resilience policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on operational risk and resilience management

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in operational risk and resilience management, preferably in a financial institution
  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g. MBA, Finance, Risk, Actuarial)
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
