Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc O/A Circle K. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing guidance on sales strategies and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance on sales strategies and customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that sales goals are met
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise and establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Urban area work setting
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word skills
