* Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

* Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
