Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc O/A Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
