We are seeking an exceptional High-Level Transactions Specialist to join our team This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development, where you will work closely with our clients to support their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and preparation of valuations engagements for various purposes, including shareholder planning, management buy-outs, litigation support, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment.
- Prepare financial models to help business owners address complex financial challenges.
- Conduct thorough industry research to inform business valuations, due diligence and mergers and acquisitions engagements.
- Support the preparation of confidential information memorandums (CIM) and other transaction-related documentation.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including research for pitches, proposals and new client prospects.
About You:
- You hold a CPA designation or are on track to write the CFE in September 2025.
- You are enrolled in or interested in pursuing a specialist designation, such as Chartered Business Valuator.
- You possess 2-3 years of related work experience.
- You have a strong understanding of business principles, critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities.
