We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at SIMPLE AUTO SALES & SERVICES L. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Sales Staff
Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Assign Sales Tasks and DutiesEffectively allocate sales tasks and duties to ensure that our sales team is working efficiently and effectively to meet our sales goals.
Manage Sales Floor OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive a positive and engaging experience.
Prepare Sales ReportsCompile and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform our sales strategy.
Resolve Customer IssuesProactively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
Manage Inventory and StockOversee the management of our inventory and stock, ensuring that our sales team has access to the products they need to meet customer demand.
Conduct Performance ReviewsRegularly review the performance of our sales team, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience
- Permanent Employment
- English Language
- 30 Hours per Week
