About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at COLOR ME MINE. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff
  • Manage inventory and merchandise ordering
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment
