About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at COLOR ME MINE. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This role is based in an urban area and requires the ability to work in a retail business environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.
