Shift Operations Manager

Tim Horton's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and present food order summaries to the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure high-quality presentation
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and for extended periods. You must be physically demanding and able to stand for long periods, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Personal Suitability:We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must be flexible, dependable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
