Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pita Pit Blue Mountain. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare and submit reports.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
