Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment.
