About the Role
The House of Commons Administration is seeking a skilled Senior IT Security Infrastructure Strategist to join their Digital Services and Real Property team. This key position plays a vital role in developing and implementing strategic frameworks for IT security, ensuring the protection of the organization's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Security Infrastructure Strategist, you will provide top-level leadership in assessing and advancing IT security technologies across product lines and domains. You will lead and integrate IT security research to inform strategic decision-making, considering the organization's positioning and business operations. Additionally, you will advise leaders on IT security matters, manage sensitive issues, and align teams through clear recommendations, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a University graduation with a Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, innovation management, or another related field. You must have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic frameworks for IT security, encompassing assessment, evaluation, and advancement of technologies across diverse product lines and IT infrastructure domains. Experience in 2 or more of the following IT Infrastructure domains: Networking, data centers, cloud computing, and end-user computing, is also essential. Your proficiency in IT Security infrastructure architecture, including the ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems, will be invaluable. You should also have experience in evaluating and selecting third-party vendors and technology partners, as well as a proven track record of leading and integrating IT security research to inform strategic decision-making. Strong leadership skills and the ability to serve as a central point of focus, driving the implementation of the IT security vision and technological strategies, are necessary for success in this role.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. The exact salary will be discussed during the hiring process.
