About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Cleaner to join our team at H2O Clean Up East Corp. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping Floors: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris, using a combination of sweeping and mopping techniques.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning Carpets and Upholstery: Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Emptying Trash and Recycling Bins: Regularly empty trash and recycling bins to prevent overflow and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Clean windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a sparkling clean environment.
  • General Labouring Duties: Assist with various labouring tasks as required, including cleaning and organizing storage areas.
  • Chemical Spill Response: Respond promptly to chemical spills and other contaminants, following established protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physically Demanding: This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Combination of Sitting and Standing: The role may require a combination of sitting and standing throughout the day.
