Commercial Office Cleaner

This position entails conducting cleaning duties twice a week, with each session lasting 2.5 hours. The responsibilities include ensuring a pristine environment by performing tasks such as cleaning, wiping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming across various areas including 13 examination rooms, 4 office spaces, reception/waiting areas, pharmacy sections, furniture, floors, 3 glass doors, a small kitchen, and 4 individual washrooms.
Cleaning Schedule:
- Commencing at 10 AM, the cleaning sessions will be scheduled for every Wednesday evening after 8 PM and either Saturday between 5 PM and 8 PM or Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
- Reliable transportation is necessary, as candidates must have a vehicle for commuting.
- Applicants should ideally reside within a 20-minute commute to ensure timely arrival.
- Ability to provide two professional references along with a brief work history is required. A police clearance may also be necessary.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the capability to work independently are crucial attributes.
What We Provide:
- A professional and respectful work atmosphere where every team member is appreciated.
- All essential cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided, including a new vacuum, dust mop, mop heads, mop handles, mop buckets, duster, microfiber cloths, squeegees, disinfectants, and spray bottles.
- All cleaning tools must remain on-site; there is no requirement to transport them.
- Total Monthly Compensation: The cleaner will receive a total of $475 per month.
- Payment Structure: This compensation is based on the completion of 2.5 hours of cleaning per session.
