Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team at one of our retail locations. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for managing the Meat and Grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are displayed and merchandised in a way that meets our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Meat and Grocery department
  • Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
