About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at CRU - Tech. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge web solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their web development requirements and document the project scope.
  • Design and integrate website-related code, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain website architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code, as well as software code, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, ensuring they remain up-to-date and efficient.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion in website design, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, databases, animation, and other software tools.
  • Conduct thorough testing and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in web development is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
