Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Hanwell Community. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds and facilities of our community, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Repair and maintain equipment and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Perform tree removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
