Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Hanwell Community. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds of our facilities, including lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, and tractor mowers.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Perform tree removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
