Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Hanwell Community. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our community, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Assist with tree removal
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
