Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and on-site visits, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and company representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use our products effectively.
  • Project Management: Manage or participate in selected projects, including field process improvement projects, large install projects, and proactive customer site health checks.
Requirements
  • Education: Some completed college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated mastery of break/fix repairs of Lexmark equipment, with greater than 5 years of experience repairing Lexmark equipment and greater than 10 years of repairing equivalent equipment.
  • Language: Bilingual: Read and Write in English and French.
Travel Requirements

Greater than 50% travel required.
