About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. as a key member of our Data Insights and Business Solutions team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports using leading BI tools such as Looker, DOMO, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead the development of data engineering solutions using cloud-based services such as BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Composer, and Looker.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Lead a team of developers to implement operational and partnership dashboards using Looker.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering with a strong focus on SQL and data modeling.
  • Expertise in creating and managing interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
  • Strong experience with relational database systems, particularly BigQuery, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Strong ability to identify requirements and build reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the telecom industry.
  • Certifications in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence technologies.
