Key Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Secure business opportunities by attending field inspections, presenting Paul Davis services, and building relationships with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage each project life-cycle, from initial assessment to completion, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Participate in A/R collections and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous construction management and/or insurance restoration experience is considered an asset.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
