About the Role

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
