The First Nations Health Authority is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for Indigenous communities in British Columbia.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Allied Health Clinical Practice to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of high-quality allied health services to our clients.


The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a health sciences discipline and at least 8 years of recent experience in clinical and operational management in a complex healthcare environment. They will also have strong leadership skills and experience working with Indigenous communities, leadership, or organizations.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving health outcomes for Indigenous communities. The Director, Allied Health Clinical Practice will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to support the delivery of allied health services across BC.


Key responsibilities will include providing guidance on professional standards and practice, scope and regulations, supporting research activities, and fostering collaboration between programs and staff. The successful candidate will also provide consultative and advisory services to First Nations communities and provincial partners regarding clinical practice, quality improvement, and health services delivery.


Benefits and Requirements


We offer a competitive salary range of $119,068 - $161,092 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including group health benefits, a Health Care Spending Account, and a Municipal Pension plan with an employer contribution of 9.31%. The successful candidate must be a current practicing registrant with an applicable regulatory body and have a valid BC driver's license.
