Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cross-Country Coach at Bolder Climbing Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and training athletes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coordinating competitive events, and mentoring staff. They will also be expected to maintain a safe and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for athletes
  • Coordinate competitive events and tournaments
  • Mentor and support staff members
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of athlete progress and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance

Requirements:
  • Strong coaching and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with athletes of varying ages and skill levels
  • Knowledge of sports management and coaching principles
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a team environment
