About the Role:

As a highly skilled Squash Professional Coach at The Glencoe Club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coaching services to our members. This is a permanent, year-round, full-time opportunity that requires a 5+ year experience as a full-time Squash Professional Coach, a National Coaching Certificate, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch coaching services to members, including group lessons, private and semi-private lessons, and program organization.
  • Develop and implement training programs to help members improve their Squash skills.
  • Organize programs, leagues, tournaments, and guest instructors.
  • Supervise and lead team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Motivate, train, and prepare members for competitive events.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a full-time Squash Professional Coach.
  • National Coaching Certificate or international equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Supervisory experience required.
