Squash Coach

Job Summary:
The Glencoe Club is seeking a highly skilled Squash Professional Coach to join our team. As a key member of our squash department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching services to our members, including group and private lessons, as well as organizing programs and events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding coaching services to members, including group and private lessons
- Organize and implement squash programs, leagues, and tournaments
- Develop and implement training plans for members
- Motivate and prepare members for competitive events
- Evaluate member performances and modify training programs as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a full-time Squash Professional Coach
- Education: completion of secondary education
- Proficient computer, organizational, and time management skills
- Minimum National Coaching Certificate (or international equivalent) required
- Experience organizing tournaments and events
- Supervisory experience required

Additional Details:
This is a permanent, year-round, full-time opportunity, averaging 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check and online certifications prior to commencing employment.
