About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home assessments and equipment prescriptions to support individuals in their daily lives
  • Provide return to work support services to help individuals regain their independence
  • Manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
  • 2-4 years of experience in community-based occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
