Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Perlas de Pilipinas

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Perlas de Pilipinas. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
