Terminal Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal Operator to join our team at Woodward's Oil Limited. As a Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our terminal facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Operations: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the terminal's equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Cargo Handling: Direct and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring that all products are handled and stored safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Check products for quality control, identifying any issues or defects and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Warehouse Management: Organize and manage the warehouse and work areas, ensuring that all products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales, as well as reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
