Job Title: Terminal Operations Specialist

Woodward's Oil Limited is seeking a highly skilled Terminal Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our oil terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the terminal's equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Direct and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and work areas, ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored and secured.
  • Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales, providing valuable insights into our operations.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making informed decisions to optimize our performance.
  • Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our goals.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
