Logistics Supervisor

Spear Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze production reports to optimize routes and schedules.
- Train and develop bus drivers to ensure they meet company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Permanent work arrangement with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
