Job Description

Spear Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that our drivers and staff have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Route Management: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure. You will also be required to have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the job.
