Job Description

Spear Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize our logistics operations.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of bus drivers and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Route Planning and Dispatch: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure and be able to lift and move heavy objects as required.

  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
