Job Summary:

The Analyst, Risk Analysis will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence by supporting and monitoring laptops/desktops, network, telecommunication systems, and ensuring optimal performance. This role will also provide front-line support to TSSA field service staff in their utilization of the organization's computer hardware and applications technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and monitor laptops/desktops, network, telecommunication systems, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide front-line support to TSSA field service staff in their utilization of the organization's computer hardware and applications technologies.
  • Review, recommend, and investigate new technologies, and install new hardware/software as directed.
  • Specify, install, and configure computer hardware, telecommunications systems, and enterprise applications as needed both for local and remote users.
  • Prepare and conduct new user training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and implement solutions to address IT field service user issues.
  • Log IT user issues – and required management approvals - in IT Helpdesk system and provide management with tracking and key metrics concerning support levels.
  • Develop documentation of system configuration and systems operational support procedures.
  • Monitor computer and communications systems, including configuration of and response to critical system alerts, and take action to ensure adequate performance and the integrity and security of data.
  • Assist in the deployment of hardware and software applications across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a remote work force (preferred)
  • Strong experience in remote support tools.
  • Strong experience supporting computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers.
  • iPhone deployment and support.
  • Proficiency in documentation and ability to verbally articulate technical matters to non-technical staff.
  • Experienced using Office 365 software suites at application and administration support level.
