**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage associate performance through regular feedback and coaching to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance associate skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store appearance, organization, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
