Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ERP systems roadmaps and strategies to drive business value.
- Lead a team of ERP techno-functional experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Partner with Software Engineering and Project Management Office teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new capabilities.
- Manage staff by recruiting, training, and mentoring employees to drive accountability and excellence.
- Identify and implement timely and cost-effective solutions to problematic areas.
- Administer the annual budget and control costs to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Remain current with state-of-the-art products and recommend necessary changes to drive innovation.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance or upgrade our ERP systems.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to drive a Lean culture and mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Experience managing ERP platforms such as Oracle e-Business Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies, systems analysis, programming techniques, and design methods.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
- International travel up to 15% of the time.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
