- Prepare and review reports on driver performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor new drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure optimal routing and minimize delays.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
- Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
- Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
- Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide mentorship programs to help them integrate into our team.
- Offer diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness to all employees.
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities.
- Offer mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
