About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our Presales team at OneStream Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for presenting the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and internally supporting our sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
  • Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
  • Transform business requirements/challenges into Proof-of-Concept presentations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall OneStream solutions.
  • Improve/maintain standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
  • Design, validate, and present Database & OneStream Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction.
  • Develop and manage references through high-quality technical, professional client relationships.

Requirements

  • BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology-related degree.
  • Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in Database Management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
  • Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers' landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology. Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of OneStream's Cloud solution.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customer's needs.
  • Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling.
  • Three to five+ years of CPM industry experience.
  • Background in Finance/Accounting.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Services Consultant, Database Administrator, or Technical Pre-Sales is preferred.
