About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Block Machine Operator to join our team at Agremat BBL Limitée. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our concrete block machines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate automatic machines that mix ingredients, extrude tempered clay mixture, and cut extruded clay into sections.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform ongoing machine adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Check products for quality control, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Material Handling: Move products using forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist, and fill moulds with concrete.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
